Dibbern's product designers focus on discreetly congenial lines to combine functionality along with elegance. They deliberately refrain from designing trendy, short-lived products. Instead, they have chosen to make use of colour and decor to accentuate fashion, yet still maintain the timeless character of our products with the lines and shape of the “Bauhaus-style” typically attributed to the 1930´s.

Dibbern aims to combine traditional arts and crafts with modern contemporary design.

In the factory in Hohenberg/ Bavaria, Fine Bone China plates are still traditionally turned by hand unlike most standard mass products on the market today, which are isostatically pressed. This traditional production method achieves a much better material density, which increases the so-called “edge impact resistance” by as much as 6 to 7 times. The result is a product which is not only aesthetically decorated but also unique in its durability.
